Happy February – isn’t it so lovely to have some slightly lighter evenings! We’re so looking forward to some lovely sunshine and a bit more warmth!
Last Saturday, Lesley Wadforth (Yoga teacher and Yoga Menopause Specialist (Health in Harmony)) and I held our first menopause retreat day of 2022. It was a wonderful day of relaxation, information, sharing experiences and support. The next one will be on 23rd April 2022, the focus for this is menopause and weight management, to be held again at Burton Pidsea Memorial Hall. Fees are £40 for the day (bring your own lunch) refreshments provided (fridge available if you need it to store your lunch). Ladies only I’m afriad. Finally (and with deepest apologies) we are experiencing increasing expenses due to rising import fees which is impacting on our aesthetics services in particular. We realise how tricky (financially) the last few months have been for many people and have hung on as long as possible but now we really must enforce a modest price increase. This literally just covers our increasing expenses and DOES NOT APPLY to any appointments already in the diary. Consultation fees and Wellness clinic fees remain unchanged. We really hope you understand our position and as always, we are so grateful for your loyalty and kindness over the last few difficult months.
