Appointment Fees

To confirm your appointment our booking system will request your card payment information. No fees are taken at this time, your details are stored securely by the system so you can undertake a contactless payment at your appointment.

Cancellation policy: We have strict cancellation policy:

• Should you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice 100% of the appointment fees due will be automatically credited to East Riding Aesthetics.
• Should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your appointment fee.

We do however understand that life can get complicated and will always try to be accommodating with cancelling and rearranging appointments provided you let us know.
